Dear Colleagues,

The aim of the 32nd Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits, WOCSDICE, organized in Leuven (Belgium) May 18-21, 2008 is to bring together internationally recognised researchers and promising young scientists and engineers to disseminate state-of-the-art research findings in the areas of compound semiconductor materials, associated devices and integrated circuits.

It is the wish of the organizers to maintain a tradition of intensive and informal scientific discussions and interactions between young researchers and experts in the field. You are warmly invited to submit a paper for oral presentation in one of the topic mentioned below. However, in view of maintaining state-of-the-art screening, feel free to suggest any other topics in which you are expert and would like to present within the scope of the conference and that you believe would allow the field to progress.
